This was done plein air on June 8, 2016.This is a view that I will be doing a large commission. It will have more flowers as the annuals have just been planted a week ago. I love this Kingwood Center Gardens where I work part-time. This would sell unframed.
About Judy Fischer Walton
My purpose in life is to bring joy and healing to self and others by gaining and sharing knowledge of wholeness of body, mind and spirit. Thus, after retiring from nursing as a Psychiatric nurse, I returned to my art. I can truly say that I have more joy in my life. I constantly learn more by going to workshops and studying art books. I teach watercolor and oil and acrylic classes and hope this brings joy to my students. I truly think painting brings healing also as one of the benefits of painting is one loses oneself in the painting. There is also the comraderie of other artists.
